Deli Assistant - Full-Time

Londis Castletroy is currently seeking Full-Time Deli Assistants to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving fresh food maintaining high food safety standards and delivering outstanding customer service in a busy deli environment.

• Provide a friendly efficient and welcoming service to all customers

• Prepare present and serve deli food to a high standard

• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in line with HACCP procedures

• Ensure counters displays and food preparation areas are clean well-stocked and presented to company standards

• Monitor product quality freshness and stock rotation to minimise waste

• Assist with deliveries stock replenishment and inventory control

• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner

• Follow all health and safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth operation of the deli

• Undertake other reasonable duties as required by management

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative

• Self-motivated reliable and customer-focused

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail

• Availability to work morning and evening shifts Monday to Sunday
