Role Description:
Were seeking a hands-on detail-driven Data Centre Solutions Architect to join our high-performance team. A Solutions Architect (SA) bridges business problems and technology solutions by designing secure scalable and resilient IT systems. Key responsibilities include designing architectures evaluating tools leading teams and mitigating technical risk
The Role:
- Review design documents produce control architectures
- Document present and justify design to customers
- Improve specification process by building standards for customers custom tools and templates
- Run lunch and learn sessions
- Support training
- Provide pre and post-sales support
- Programming/HMI development
- Support customers with:
- Implementing and managing libraries
- Virtual testing with Echo Emulate3D and Studio 5000 Simulation Interface
- Automated testing using SDKs and APIs
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field i.e. Operations management.
- 3 5 years experience in a similar role preferably Data Centre environment.
- Previous experience with Rockwell PLCs HMIs and Studio 5000 is a must.
- Strong communication skills
- Project management/organization skills
- Knowledge of controls in data centers - BMS EPMS etc
- Curiosity - we want to uncover our customers problems and find ways to support them
- Full clean drivers licence as travel will be required.
- Approachable customer facing and ambitious person (this is an exceelent opportunityto make this role your own )
- You must be legally entitled to work in Ireland as no sponsorship is offered for this role.
