The Opportunity:

The successful candidatewill provideexcellent customer serviceto ensure theoptimalperformance and efficiency of our solar systems. You will guide customers throughsolutions andescalate more complex issues when necessary.

Responsibilities include

• Maintaina high levelof customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide remoteassistanceto resolve issues.

• Document all customer interactions and technical issues in our internal ticketing system.

• Work closely with product manufacturers engineers and installation teams to resolve on-site technical issues.

• Escalate unresolved issues to senior management.

• Provide feedback to the product development team to improve the reliability and functionality of solar products.

Qualifications/Key Skills

• Previousexperience in customer service.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Previousadministrative experience within a construction or electrical company.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Must live within a commutable distance from Carrickmacross Co. Monaghan.
