Werelooking for aCSE Solution Engineerto join our team in this roleyoullprovide technicalexpertisethroughout the sales and delivery process developing innovative lift and escalator solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards and KONEs high-quality expectations.

Whatyoullbe doing

• Provide technical support to the Sales team by developing practical cost-effective solutions for customers.

• Produce technical specifications AutoCAD layoutsestimatesand delivery schedules for customer projects.

• Conduct technical site surveys and assess project requirements to develop the most suitable solution.

• Act as the technical point of contact for customers consultantsarchitectsand contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare and manage project drawings materialspecificationsand technical documentation.

• Coordinate with KONE supply teams and suppliers to ensure materials and project timelines are aligned.

• Support a smooth handover of projects to the Operations team for successful delivery.

• Ensure all proposed solutionscomply withrelevant legislation safetystandardsand company procedures.

Whatwerelooking for

• A qualification in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline

• Previousexperience in a technical engineering role ideally within construction building services or a related industry.

• Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret customer requirements and develop practical engineering solutions.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with customerscontractorsand internal stakeholders.

• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office. Experience with AutoCAD and SAP would beadvantageous.

• Experience within the lift or escalator industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
