What Youll Do

As a Junior Associate Director Private Equity you will support a portfolio of private equity fund clients and ensure their financial information is accurate delivered on time and meets regulatory requirements.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing fund accounting reports Net Asset Values (NAVs) financial statements and other client deliverables.
• Reviewing fund transactions and ensuring they are accurately recorded in our accounting systems.
• Working closely with investment managers auditors brokers and other external partners to resolve operational matters.
• Collaborating with internal teams such as Investor Delivery Regulatory Reporting Finance and Operations to meet client deadlines.
• Supporting the year-end audit process including preparing information requested by auditors.
• Responding to client queries and ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
• Monitoring deliverables to ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes increase efficiency and enhance the client experience.
• Ensuring fees are invoiced and collected on time.
• Assisting with projects process improvements and other tasks as required.

Qualifications :

• Degree or post-secondary qualification in Accounting Finance Business or a related field.
• Experience in fund administration investment management public accounting or auditing.
• Interest in pursuing or currently studying toward a professional qualification such as ACCA ACA CPA CFA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
