The Role:

• Manage Mechanical and MEP projects from inception through to completion
• Oversee project delivery ensuring quality budget and programme targets are achieved
• Liaise with clients subcontractors suppliers and site teams
• Monitor commercial performance reporting and cost control
• Ensure compliance with contracts regulations and health & safety standards
• Support project planning procurement and operational delivery across Greater Dublin sites

The Person:

• 3 years experience as a Contracts Manager
• Strong understanding of contracts and relevant industry regulations
• Previous Mechanical or MEP project experience
• Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in cost reporting
• Organised solutions-focused and able to work independently and collaboratively
• Full clean UK/ROI driving licence with flexibility to travel
