Job Summary
An opportunity for Registered Nurses to provide safe quality care for a Child with Complex Care Needs within a home setting in Clondalkin Dublin 22 Location: Clondalkin Dublin 22 Shift time: 3hrs X 2 day per week 3hrs x 1 day per week 2 Nurses required.
- Nurses must demonstrate that they have the desired competencies to care for the specific child for example;
- Must be competent with dressing changes and skilled in the identification of infection/any changes in skin integrity that requires medical referral. (identify competencies required)
Required Skills:
A recognised Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care Social Work Applied Social Studies or a related field. Significant experience working within residential childcare services. Previous management or senior leadership experience in a social care setting. Strong knowledge of child protection safeguarding and relevant legislation. Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills. Full Irish driving licence with a minimum of 1 years driving experience. Eligibility to work in Ireland with the appropriate visa/work permit where applicable.
Required Education:
A recognised Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care Social Work Applied Social Studies or a related field.
