About the role
spunout is seeking to appoint a full-time Communications Project Worker to lead and deliver strategic communications initiatives across our CYMHO and HSE projects. The successful candidate will lead communications activity that promotes integrated care initiatives the CYMHO Action Plan and stakeholder engagement through clear consistent and engaging messaging across all platforms.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Communications Strategy & Planning
Develop and deliver a comprehensive communications plan aligned with strategic objectives.
Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure collaborative messaging.
Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness using analytics and feedback tools.
Digital & Social Media Management
Manage end-to-end social media platforms (content creation scheduling engagement analytics).
Develop and implement campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.
Ensure timely updates on programmes events and milestones.
Branding & Visual Identity
Maintain and evolve branding guidelines across all materials.
Ensure consistency in tone design and messaging across digital and print channels.
Create branded templates for reports presentations and promotional materials.
Promotion of Action Plan & Key Initiatives
Produce compelling content to promote CYMHOs Action Plan project developments and integrated care projects.
Coordinate press releases newsletters and stakeholder updates.
Support event promotion and public engagement activities.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a liaison between partner organisations for joint communications.
Facilitate information-sharing sessions and ensure alignment of messaging across agencies.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualification in Communications Marketing Public Relations or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in communications marketing or related roles.
Proven experience in social media management branding and content creation.
Effective writing and visual communication skills.
Familiarity with health or social care sector desirable.
Skills & Competencies
Effective organisational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multi-agency stakeholders.
Proficiency in digital tools (social media platforms analytics design software).
Creative problem-solving and adaptability.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Communications Plan Delivery: Plan developed and implemented within agreed timelines.
Social Media Engagement: Growth in followers engagement rates and reach.
Brand Consistency: 100% compliance with branding guidelines across outputs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Positive feedback from partners; number of collaborative campaigns delivered.
Action Plan Promotion: Increased awareness measured through analytics and stakeholder surveys.
