Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and manage monthly interim and final valuations including payment applications cost/value reconciliations and financial assessments for contracts subcontractors and suppliers
  • Supply accurate and timely data to support ongoing reviews of cash flow and overall performance
  • Work alongside the Procurement team to appoint subcontractors for packages under their oversight
  • Thoroughly review contract documentation and identify any discrepancies or potential issues
  • Prepare and negotiate interim and final valuations in line with agreed timelines liaising closely with client representatives
  • Finalise and agree contract accounts for completed work sections ensuring all variations and adjustments are accounted for
  • Maintain detailed records relating to any contractual delays or disruptions

Requirements:

  • Chartered or undertaking steps to become chartered with the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCS)
  • Background in construction/civil engineering projects with exposure to residential/commercial works
