Hybrid work model

• Oversee healthcare community engagement and contracting across international countries.

• Serve as primary contact for international commercial teams.

• Coordinate training programs on engagement and sponsorship contracting processes.

• Collaborate with legal compliance and commercial teams.

• Monitor process effectiveness and support regular internal reviews.

• Identify process improvements and implement best practices.

• You build alignment through clear communication and relationship management.

• 35 years experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.

• Experience involving engagement with healthcare professionals.

• Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for engagements and sponsorships.

• Knowledge of healthcare professional engagement contracting processes and compliance requirements.

• Strong analytical problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
