Co-Creation Studio Lead (Dublin)
Job Summary
Version 1s Co-Creation Studio in Dublin is a dedicated AI-infused space where clients come to work through real problems define what good looks like and leave with something they can act hours not weeks.
This is not a meeting room. Before clients arrive the team has already researched their sector and framed the the session AI avatars contribute tailored input in real time the conversation is captured and built on as it happens and groups finish with wireframes and working prototypes. They do not sit through a presentation. They build something.
Sessions run half-day or full-day. The Studio Lead is accountable for coordinating the work from first client call to post-session artefacts and hand-off. This is a hands-on delivery role. You will be the main facilitator and day-to-day client contact for the Studio reporting to the Co-Creation Director.
What Youll Do
Before sessions
- Hold client discovery calls to understand the challenge the stakeholders and what a successful session looks like.
- Build a session knowledge base including company context desk research stakeholder mapping and problem framing.
- Design session materials including facilitation guides canvases templates and run-of-show.
During sessions
- Facilitate co-creation and discovery sessions with client stakeholders including Director and Head-of level.
- Apply Design Thinking methods to move groups from problem definition to prioritised opportunities.
- Build demonstrators and prototypes live using Claude Code or similar tools turning rough concepts into working artefacts during the session itself.
- Adapt pace energy and method in real time as the session evolves.
After sessions
- Synthesise outputs into clear client-facing artefacts including opportunity maps insight summaries decision registers and action plans.
- Ensure continuity across multi-session engagements and clear hand-offs to delivery teams.
Qualifications :
Essential criteria
- Experience in a facilitation innovation product or service design role.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders not only support or observe.
- Applied experience of Design Thinking methods including double diamond empathy mapping ideation and rapid prototyping.
- Ability to build demonstrators and prototypes live in a session using Claude Code or similar tools. This is important for success in the role because the Studio Lead needs to demonstrate ideas through working examples.
- Excellent written communication for client-facing pre- and post-session materials.
- Dublin-based and able to act as the Studios day-to-day contact.
Desirable criteria
- Experience in an innovation lab corporate design studio or AI/digital consultancy.
- Familiarity with AI transformation challenges and how organisations adopt AI at scale.
- Experience facilitating multi-session discovery programmes not only standalone workshops.

This is a practical facilitation and live prototyping role focused on helping client groups move from discussion to clear outputs. The role prioritises live prototyping over presentation-only outputs.
