Job Summary

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in healthcare recruitment for both domestic and international candidates across hospitals nursing homes home care and community care settings.

We are currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 for a hospital based in Limerick Ireland.

Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Permanent


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong clinical leadership and support to nursing teams across the hospital
  • Ensure the delivery of safe efficient and high-quality patient care
  • Support the implementation of hospital policies procedures and service initiatives
  • Monitor patient activity and service delivery against agreed standards and KPIs
  • Respond to and manage clinical emergencies providing expert guidance to staff
  • Promote staff development learning and professional growth
  • Contribute to policy development quality improvement initiatives and service planning
  • Support effective patient flow and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory legislative and accreditation standards
  • Lead and support change management initiatives within the organisation
  • Manage complaints appropriately and support resolution processes
  • Participate in committees (Quality JCI JAG HIQA) as required


  • Requirements
    • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI (or eligible for registration)
    • Minimum 7 years post-registration experience
    • Proven management/supervisory experience
    • Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development
    • Management qualification (completed or in progress)
