Job Summary

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.

We are urgently seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 3- Clinical service for a hospital in Cork Ireland.


Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic clinical and operational leadership across designated services or departments.

  • Lead the development implementation and evaluation of nursing and clinical services in line with organisational goals.

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality safe and patient-centred care across all areas of responsibility.

  • Manage workforce planning budgeting resource allocation and service performance.

  • Ensure compliance with NMBI standards HIQA regulations national policies and hospital governance frameworks.

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives clinical audits risk management and incident review processes.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement professional development and evidence-based practice.

  • Collaborate with senior management consultants and multidisciplinary teams to support service development and innovation.



  • Requirements
    • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
    • Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care
    • Minimum 5 years experience in a people management role
    • Minimum 5 years post-graduate acute care nursing experience
    • Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practices and clinical skills
    • Management qualification essential
    • ACLS course completed or willingness to undertake the course
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
