We are currently hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a reputed nursing home in Dublin Ireland.
Responsibilities
Support the Director of Nursing in the clinical leadership and day-to-day management of the nursing home.
Provide hands-on nursing care alongside leadership responsibilities.
Ensure residents receive holistic person-centred care.
Promote residents independence dignity and quality of life.
Support the delivery of high-quality resident care in line with the nursing homes philosophy and standards.
Promote and maintain infection prevention and control practices.
Contribute to a supportive and collaborative working environment.
Nursing qualification.
Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Minimum 2 years experience in a CNM role within an Irish nursing home setting.
QQI Level 6 qualification in Leadership or equivalent.
Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
Legally permitted to work in Ireland without visa sponsorship.
Previous experience in care of the elderly.
Management qualification.
Strong IT skills.
EEA citizenship or existing permission to work in Ireland without sponsorship.
26.0027.50 per hour depending on experience.
Permanent full-time position.
72 hours per fortnight on 12-hour shifts.
25% premium pay on Sundays.
Double pay on Bank Holidays.

Required Skills:
