As Clinical Development Medical Director you will lead the science that shapes the future of medicine. You will sit at the forefront of global drug development driving clinical strategy and delivering high-impact programs that bring innovative therapies to patients worldwide.

Partnering with cross-functional leaders and external experts you will translate scientific insight into clinical execution influence regulatory strategy and guide critical decisions across the development lifecycle.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • FocusedinNeuroscience with Neuromuscular experience if stronglypreferred but we would be open toexperience inneuro-degeneration muscular disorders and neuroinflammation.

  • Provide clinical leadership and strategic medical input across assigned global clinical development programs

  • Lead development of clinical sections for regulatory submissions briefing documents and investigator materials

  • Drive execution of clinical programs in partnership with trial leaders and cross-functional global teams

  • Oversee trial data review interpretation and reporting including clinical study reports and publications

  • Support benefit-risk assessment and safety monitoring in collaboration with patient safety teams

  • Engage with external stakeholders including regulatory authorities key opinion leaders and advisory boards

  • Contribute to clinical strategy standards development and global initiatives across the development function


Essential Requirements

  • Medical degree with clinical training and medicalspecializationin eitherNeuromuscularorNeuroscience/Neurodegeneration and/or Movement disorders

  • ExpertiseinGene Therapyresearchespecially CAR-Tishighly desirable

  • Severalyears of experiencegainedin clinical research or global drug development across early and late phases

  • Proven experience leading or contributing to global clinical trials including planning execution and reporting

  • Strong knowledge of clinical trialmethodology regulatory requirements and good clinical practice standards

  • Demonstrated ability toanalyse interpret and communicate complex scientific and clinical data

  • Experience working effectively in global cross-functional and matrixed environments with diverse stakeholders

  • Strong leadership collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
