What youll be doing:

As a Cinema Experience Manager youll work in partnership with the Cinema Manager to deliver safe efficient and commercially successful cinema operations while leading developing and engaging your team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts to deliver outstanding guest experiences across all areas of the cinema
  • Taking ownership of the day-to-day operation of the business during your shifts making confident and effective decisions when required
  • Supporting the delivery of operational commercial and guest service objectives
  • Driving and maintaining high standards across safety cleanliness compliance and food handling
  • Identifying future talent within the team and supporting colleagues on their own development journeys
  • Managing shift performance allocating resources effectively and responding to changing business demands
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety food safety licensing and company standards
  • Supporting the delivery of key business initiatives film launches and peak trading periods
  • Acting as a role model for company values guest service excellence and people leadership


What youll bring:


Were looking for a confident and motivated leader who enjoys developing people delivering results and creating great experiences for both guests and colleagues.

  • Experience leading supervising or managing teams in hospitality retail leisure entertainment or another fast-paced guest-focused environment
  • The confidence to make operational decisions and lead effectively under pressure
  • Strong communication organisation and problem-solving skills
  • A track record of delivering high standards of service operational excellence and compliance
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how operational decisions contribute to business performance
  • The ability to build positive relationships and drive an inclusive engaging team culture
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and late-night shifts
  • A safe and reliable way to travel to and from late shifts
