This is a key leadership role within Three Irelandprovidingthe insightssupportand challenge to ensure thatthe organisation deliversstrong shareholder valuein a rapidly evolving telecommunications CFO willbe responsible fordelivering exceptional financial performance and resilience whilst shaping the businesssoverall strategicplans and investment decisions.

The CFO will report into the CEO andleadThree Irelands Finance functionincludingCommercial financeFinancialplanning & analysisReportingFinancial controlTax & treasuryProcurementRevenue & billingfinancial operationsGovernance andSecurity.

What else it involves:

• Leadership & Culture:Lead a high performing financeorganisation fostering accountabilitycollaborationand continuous improvement.
• Financial Planning:Partners with the CEO and other members of Three Irelands LeadershipSquadto shape financial plans including key investment decisions the Three Ireland budget shaping business cases and assessments and ensuring Three Ireland is meeting its financialobjectives.
• Financial Reportingand Compliance:Oversees all financial and management reporting for Three Ireland ensuring compliance with all regulations and accounting standards and shapes the overall financial narrative provided to shareholders and other key stakeholder groups
• Risk Management:Workswithpartners across the businesstoassessmanageand mitigatecybersecurityfraudand other financialrisks
• Data and AI:Ensuresthat the organisation isleveragingAI and other digital tools tocapture analysemonitorand act onthe key datarequiredto improve customer propositions and maximise efficiencies
• Procurement Oversight:Oversees the development and delivery of Three Irelands Procurement strategy ensuringitsaligned to the broader Company strategy and cost management approach
• Tax and treasury:Directs the companys tax compliance and reporting while managing capitalandliquiditytooptimizecash flow and financial risk within the complex regulatory and commercial environment of thebusiness
• Strategic Financial Leadership:Accountable for the development and delivery of Three Irelands Finance strategy including Cost Management and Investments that align with businessobjectivesand shareholder expectations.
• Stakeholder Management:Drivesstrategic buy-in for the Finance strategy across key stakeholder groups and acts as the primary financial liaison with CK Hutchison ensuring alignment on strategic priorities andtimelydelivery of group reporting requirements.
• Representsthe Finance function in external events.

The Skills we are looking for:

• Proven experienceleading the finance function in a dynamiccomplexbusiness of similar scale
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA ACCA CIMA);
• Experienceshapingoverall businessstrategy and investment decisionsworking closely with executive level stakeholders
• Strong experience driving change andleveragingAI and othertechnologiesto improve financial and business operations
• Experience in managing a Procurement functionwith similar levels ofCapEx
• Commercially astute with the ability to manage overall significant budgets and oversee large-scale negotiations
• Experience working within a group reporting structure or multinational withhighly distinctivestakeholder management skills
