DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES About the role

We are looking for Channel Development Executives looks to develop a career within Cyber Security sales that are fluent in English and Finnish or Norwegian or Flemish or Dutch and French or Swedish or Danish.

This role is based in Dublin Ireland however we will happily consider applicants looking tomove to Dublin from Finland Norway SwedenBelgiumor Denmarkwho speak English and are fluent in Finnish Norwegian SwedishDanishor Flemish or Dutch and French.

As a Channel Development Executiveyoullbe at the forefront of accelerating net new revenue growth across one of the fastest moving areas of the cybersecurity market in Northern Europe.

As the Business Development Executive you will:

  • Drivehigh-energyoutbound calling touncovernew partner relationships and bring dormant accounts back to life.Lead confident outreachcampaignsto uncoverhigh valuenet newrevenue opportunities.

  • Run consistent strategicfollow-upcadence that keeps deals hot and moving through the pipeline.

  • Outperform and displace competitors winning business from rival distributors and vendors.

  • Build and manage a robust 34x pipeline that fuels overachievement.

  • Accelerate new logo acquisition and deepen penetration across top cybersecurity vendors.

  • Maximise profitability byleveragingrebates dealregistrationsand vendor incentives with commercial precision.

  • Build powerful trusted relationships withowner ledVARs and MSPs becoming theirgo toadvisor for growth.

  • Cross-sell and upsell high-impact cybersecurity solutions that expand partner revenue.

  • Position the company as a strategic long-term growth partner in every conversation.

  • Maintain strong predictable pipeline coverage supported by disciplined qualification and forecasting.

  • Use CRM tools to track partner engagementmonitoropportunity progression andmaintainclean pipeline hygiene.

  • Consistently hit and exceed revenue margin and growth KPIs by combining high activity with strong sales execution.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE About you

The ideal Business Development Executive:

  • Must be fluent in English and Finnish or Norwegian or Flemish or Dutch and French or Swedish or Danish.

  • Have a degree in a relevant field

  • Havesome previous sales experienceeither B2B or B2C

  • Demonstrate a competitive and motivated sales mentality

  • Show strong financial acumen and commercial understanding

  • Brings a confident phone presence and the ability to lead high-impact cold conversations.

  • Previous experience incybersecurity IT distribution or channel saleswould be beneficial

  • Have experience effectively managingpricing pressure while protecting margin and commercial integrity would be beneficial

  • Experience working with VARs MSPs and MSSPs within the partner ecosystem would be beneficial.
