SPAR Ennis Lifford RdCo. Clareis looking for a full-time Butcher to join our busy team in Ennis. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
OBJECTIVE
To ensure the Fresh Food Department operates efficiently effectively and hygienically at all times delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards of product quality.
SUITABLE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of a diverse range of meat products and cuts excellent counter service skills and a strong customer-focused approach.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure compliance with HACCP food safety traceability and health & safety requirements.
Maintain high standards of product quality freshness merchandising and presentation.
Monitor stock levels stock rotation pricing and stock-taking procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a customer-focused approach at all times.
Support the achievement of departmental sales and performance targets.
Follow company policies procedures and operational standards.
Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by General Management from time to time.
Job requirements
