What Youll Do

Conduct thorough property inspections within the greater Dublin area and surrounding counties.

Deliver clear professional reports.

Advise clients on structural integrity and compliance.

Collaborate with industry professionals including solicitors and banks.

Stay up to date with regulations and best practices.

Maintain a pace that allows for quality follow-up and balance.

55000.00 per annum plus an end of year bonus structure.

What We Are Looking For

Degree in Building Surveying / Structural Engineering (or equivalent).

Registered Building Surveyor / Chartered Engineer/Surveyor (or working toward).

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Experience in residential and commercial surveys (ideal).

Knowledge of building pathology and compliance standards.

Empathy and professionalismyoure not just inspecting buildings youre guiding people.

Organised tech-savvy and able to work independently.

Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Currently residing in the greater Dublin area or surrounding countries.
