We are recruiting an experienced Paralegal to join a growing IP and Brand Protection team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to support a busy international practice managing trade mark and design formalities while benefiting from a professional and collaborative environment.

The Role
  • Prepare and file trade mark and design forms at relevant registries including applications oppositions and assignments
  • Monitor and manage electronic filings and communications
  • Maintain accurate records on IP management systems
  • Liaise with clients external counsel and trade mark offices on procedural matters
  • Manage deadlines and calendars ensuring correspondence and filings are tracked and actioned
  • Prepare client correspondence reports and portfolio updates
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and matters
  • Assist with filing across multiple jurisdictions liaising with foreign associates as required
  • Conduct searches review certificates and manage portfolio-related queries
  • Assist with cost estimates and recordal projects
The Person
  • Prior experience as a Paralegal in IP trade marks or brand protection ideally in a law firm or in-house legal team
  • Strong knowledge of EUIPO procedures and trade mark formalities
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional proactive and collaborative approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IP management systems
