Role: Part-Time Sales Administrator (B2B & B2C)
Location: Wicklow
Salary: 20000 5 Half Days per Week
Teamworx is delighted to be partnering with our client an established and growing business to recruit a Sales Administrator to support their B2B wholesale and B2C customer operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys a varied role combining sales administration order management and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage B2B sales orders from processing through to delivery.
Support wholesale customers with queries relating to orders stock lead times and invoicing.
Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth fulfilment.
Provide excellent B2C customer support across phone email and online channels.
Maintain accurate customer records and support CRM/ERP processes.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational processes.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in sales administration customer service or order processing.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
Comfortable working with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Experience within logistics wholesale or export environments would be advantageous.
