We are currently working with a leading independent Corporate Finance advisory firm who are looking to add a Corporate Finance Associate to their growing Dublin is an excellent opportunity to join a highly active advisory business with exposure across M&A debt advisory fundraising and strategic corporate finance. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across the full deal lifecycle working directly with senior advisers business owners and investors from day one.
The role:
Assisting on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
Preparing financial models valuations and business plans
Supporting debt and equity fundraising mandates
Conducting financial analysis market research and due diligence
Preparing client presentations information memoranda and transaction documentation
Working closely with senior stakeholders throughout live deal processes and negotiations
The requirements:
Recently qualified ACA ideally from a Big 4 or leading mid-tier firm
Exposure to Corporate Finance Transaction Services or Deal Advisory
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Commercial mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
Ambitious individual looking to build a long-term career in Corporate Finance
