Assistant Store Manager

Location: Dublin City Centre

Teamworx is recruiting an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager on behalf of a rapidly expanding international retail brand with a growing presence across Ireland.

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager Deputy Manager or experienced Department Manager
  

• Background in grocery pharmacy discount large-format or high-volume retail
  

• Strong leadership coaching and people development skills
  

• Commercial awareness with experience managing sales budgets and KPIs
  

• Ability to motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment
  

• Excellent organisational and operational management skills
  

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  

• A hands-on proactive approach to store operations
  

• Flexibility to work across a retail rota including weekends
  

• Support the Store Manager in the successful day-to-day running of the store
  

• Lead coach and motivate the team to achieve sales and operational targets
  

• Drive store performance through effective KPI management
  

• Maintain excellent merchandising stock management and store presentation standards
  

• Support recruitment onboarding training and development of employees
  

• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
  

• Oversee store operations and take responsibility in the Store Managers absence
  

• Ensure company policies procedures and health and safety standards are maintained
  

• Contribute to a positive collaborative and results-driven working environment
