Assistant Pharmacy Manager Lucan

QR Select are currently recruiting an assistant manager for an independent pharmacy based in Lucan

The role is 9am to 6pm with no Sundays

Key Responsibilities

• Analysing daily weekly monthly sales figures
• Ensuring that high standards are maintained for our customers and teams
• Management of stock and cash in line with company procedures
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the store
• Developing strong relationships with our customers
• Efficient management of store operations including cost management & rostering efficiency
• Effective performance management of staff
• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation

What are we looking for

• 2 years Manager/ People Manager experience within a Pharmacy setting would be preferable but not essential
• The ability to lead and motivate a team
• Previous Dispensary experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
