Your Area of Work:
Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of fund registration regulatory reporting (UCITs PRIIPs MIFID AIFMD SFDR/EET standards) and data management services ensuring high-quality client service and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support fund registration and maintenance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Perform quality control checks on regulatory reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with clients regulatory authorities and internal teams for document collection reporting and process improvement.
- Analyze ESG data and regulatory disclosures ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in the design and maintenance of fund structures and data management systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on regulatory changes.
Your Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Law Economics Data Management or related field (post-graduate preferred).
- 12 years experience in investment funds regulatory reporting quality assurance or data management.
- Understanding of fund industry UCITs PRIIPs MIFID AIFMD SFDR/EET standards.
- Strong technical aptitude; familiarity with data validation tools and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail analytical and communication skills.
- Proactive solution-oriented and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
