Job Summary

What will be delivered:

This resource will support the development and scaling of product-strategy-specific observability capabilities across BEARS.

Key responsibilities include:

AI-enabled analysis: Leverage AI to understand document and define abnormalities across strategies while assessing current observability coverage
Dashboard development: Design and build missing dashboards to strengthen observability maturity across products
Scalability exploration: Partner with teams to evaluate the creation of an AI agent to automate and extend dashboard generation as new strategies are introduced

Expected outcome:

Improved visibility into product performance and anomaly detection
Standardized observability frameworks aligned to product strategy

Foundation for scalable AI-driven observability and dashboarding capabilities
