You willwork withAI Developers and Users across Deutsche Bank todesign anddeliver scalable resilient AI solutions from concept to production. This role sits at the intersectionof engineering excellence and rapid experimentationhelpingturnhigh-impact ideas into robust capabilities that can be adopted at scale.

Your key responsibilities

• Working withAI developers andusers across Deutsche Bank to acceleratedesignanddeliverhigh-quality softwareproductsthatuseAI and other advanced data-driven technologiestocreate sustainable value for the Bank. Helpingensure solutions are scalable secure and production-ready
• Providing hands-on technicalsupportestablishing engineering standards. Staying close to critical system components andassist inthe resolution of complex technical challenges
• Working withour AI colleagues across Deutsche Bank to ensure the successfultechnical delivery of innovationinitiativesthrough to production
• Working in a cross-functional teamacross engineering product designand infrastructure teams to identify evaluate and execute high impact AI use-cases
• Helpingshape and evolve AI architecture and best practiceswith our innovation team and bank-wide developer communitycontributing reusable frameworks integration patterns and deployment standards that accelerate future innovations
• Communicating technical concepts and results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences and measure success by the business valuethesolutions generateacross our AI Platform

Your skills and experience

• University degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g. computer science mathematics physics economics etc.) preferably a Masters or Doctoral degree or work equivalent
• Experience in applyingAI machine learning and/ordata science in business and/or academia
• Experiencedesigning and delivering production-grade AI and software productsin enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge ofPythonand ideally one other programming language as well asrelevant data science or engineering frameworks(e.g. scikit-learn TensorFlow SparkLangChainetc.).Knowledge of GCP or another major cloud building solutions that leverage with agentic AI frameworks andorchestration patterns (E.g. Google ADK LangGraph MCP) is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of ML Opsspanning ML data engineering cloud platforms CI/CD model deployment monitoring and AI governance to reliably operate ML solutions at scale
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity optimise workflows to solve business problems while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
