ADMS Application Architect

In a nutshell

As an ADMS Application Architect you will own and evolve the architecture of ADMS a strategic internal CRM platform supporting Eurofins laboratories globally. You will collaborate with Business Analysts Product Owners Developers QA and DevOps teams to design secure scalable and maintainable solutions while driving technical excellence across the application landscape

Where will you be based and what business will you support

This hybrid position is based in Dublin Ireland with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

As ADMS Application Architect you will:

• Own and drive the evolution of the ADMS application architecture integrations and data flows.
• Lead solution design for major features and technical initiatives.
• Ensure architecture decisions consider security performance scalability resilience and maintainability.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Support Product Owners and Business Analysts by identifying dependencies risks and technical implications.
• Mentor engineers and promote architecture best practices across the team.
• Resolve complex technical challenges in both development and production environments.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation blueprints and component diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Drive change & continuous improvement:

• Continuously improve architecture engineering standards and development practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and approaches through architecture spikes and proof-of-concepts.
• Foster knowledge sharing coaching and technical growth within the team.
• Promote innovation while balancing business priorities and long-term sustainability

Background:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Application Architecture Software Engineering or related technical leadership roles.
• Strong experience designing and evolving enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Languages:

Fluent English both written and spoken.

Technical knowledge(IT):. 

• C# .NET and Angular
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• APIs and distributed application architecture
• Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• UML
• Docker
• CI/CD practices
• Agile methodologies
• AI coding agents
