We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Supervisor / Team Leader to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is a hands-on all-round role combining Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) and elements of European payroll.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations while leading and supporting a small team. This position suits someone who is confident working independently thrives in a collaborative setting and is comfortable using data Excel and emerging tools such as AI to improve processes and reporting.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Proven 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role with responsibility for managing and developing a team

  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

  • Solid experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

  • Excellent Excel skills (data analysis reporting and reconciliation)

  • Strong numerical and analytical ability with attention to detail

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Confident communicator with the ability to support and guide team members effectively

  • Experience in payroll (Ireland and/or UK) is advantageous but not essential

  • Proactive adaptable and solution-focused mindset
