Accounts Payable Clerk

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk on site in Kepak Kilbeggan County Westmeath This is a permanent contract reporting to the Finance Manager. This position can be part-time (4 days a week) or full time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weekly payroll for 60 employees
• Generating Purchase Orders
• Posting Invoices
• Processing SEPA payments
• Reconciliation of Monthly Supplier Statements and liaising with Suppliers
• Filing of documentation to support Finance audits
• Monthly Stationery Order
• Adhoc office duties as required by the business
• Assist with Holiday cover within the Finance Department

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
