The Opportunity
The Accounts Assistant role is pivotal role within the Finance Department. This role is responsible for bank reconciliations and other day to day duties for Trocaire and has daily interaction with many parts of the organisation both in Ireland and Accounts Assistant operate key internal controls within the global team. You will work as part of a supportive and collaborative team with a focus on delivering great results.

Requirements
Role Requirements
The successful candidate will bring at least two years experience in an accounts assistant role including accounts payable bank reconciliations and use of an accounting package. They will be organised accurate and comfortable working to deadlines with strong ICT skills good communication skills and a customer-focused approach. The role requires someone who works well as part of a team builds positive working relationships takes ownership of problem solving and has an interest in and empathy with the work of Trócaire. An Accounting Technician or business/accounting qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.
