Role Purpose

An exciting opportunity has arisen for anAccount SourcingManagertojoin JLL

• Leaddelivery of JLLs sourcing and procurement program for IFM services on alargeclient accountacrossEMEA.

• Co-ordinate sourcingand procurement activity with JLLson-accountGlobal Asia and Americascounterpartstoprovidea joined-up consistent globalprocurement and supply chain solution to the client.

• This role would suit someone with710years experience and knowledge of IFM services procurement ideally gained in a life sciences ortechnologymanufacturingenvironment.

What this job involves

• Develop positive relationships withkeyclientstakeholders.

• Develop positive relationships withthe JLL accountleadership team JLLs siteoperations teamsFinance EHS and projects teams JLLs central Sourcing & Procurement teams our IFM supply chain partners and other business stakeholders.

• Hold a detailedunderstanding of the client contract especially the commercial and financial provisions the scope of worksperformance metricsand knowledge of how the scope is delivered at each client site.

• Build and execute an annualprocurementplan for the EMEA account.

• Achieve account savings targets including client contract deliverables andadditionalstretch targets.

• Manage strategic supplier relationships includingjoint business planning.

• Talent acquisition teammanagementandmentoring.

• Digital IFMinitiatives identificationimplementation & savings delivery.

• Costandlabour productivity benchmarking.

• Spend analytics savings opportunity assessments procurement initiativesdeliverysavings pipelineco-ordination.

• Supplier subcontractnegotiationsandongoing contract governance.

• Manage key procurement metricsstatusreporting andprocessimprovementsforJLLssourcing &procurement activitiesacross EMEAincludingsupplier performance managementsupply chaincompliance(e.g. subcontractsNDA COI HSSE etc.)subcontract CCRs spend reporting commercialvalue capture reporting supplier onboarding social programspendpreferred supplierpenetration supply chain auditsetc.

• Co-ordinatewith JLLson-accountGlobal Asia and Americas counterparts to ensure JLL provides a joined-up consistent global procurement and supply chain solution to the client.

• Essential minimum7 10years experienceand knowledge of IFM services procurement ideally gained in a life sciences ortechnologymanufacturingenvironment.

• Essential excellent Excelskills.

• Essentialexcellent communication skills; able to simplify complex ideas and present solutionsconcisely.

• Essential excellent dataanalysisability and attention to detail.
