Job title: Service Engineer Iraq

Reporting to: Sales Engineer Central Iraq

Job Summary:

1. Service: corrective preventive maintenance troubleshooting training and all types of technical services at any time upon customers request in all areas of Iraq. Focus will be on Central Iraq area.

2. Delivery: delivery of consumables and spare parts to customers at any time upon customers request.

Daily Tasks:

Visit customers for reparation of their machines

Installation of new machines

Visit customers for site evaluation

Training of customer operators

Assisting customers over the phone at any time of call even during afterhours or holidays

Maintaining proper inventory of spare parts

Coordination with suppliers when needed to solve problems

Send daily reports to Supervisor

Travel at any time (by car) to all areas to provide service to customers

Responsibilities:

Reading technical manuals

Ensuring machines are running successfully after service visit

Ensuring Customer Satisfaction by answering immediately and fully to all customer requests

Safety precautions from electricity and hazardous materials

Maintaining work area and tools in clean and good condition at customer factory and in Zakka workshop

Report customer complaints and comments to Supervisor

Inspect received goods and report Non-conformities

Knowledge and skill Requirements:

Min. 5 years of experience in Technical Maintenance Service

Bilingual: Arabic English

Proficient in MS Word Excel Outlook

Clear reporting skills to describe in detail all the work done and feedback from customer

Detail-oriented to include photos and codes of parts used

Honesty to communicate honestly with all colleagues and customers about all topics

Hard work to complete tasks fully before leaving customer premises

Dedication to complete tasks on time

Professional attitude and positive customer approach
