Senior Salesforce Development & Architecture Lead

Our client a renowned company in the fintech industry is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Development & Architecture Lead to join their team remotely. The Senior Salesforce Development & Architecture Lead will define the Salesforce platforms technical strategy architecture and development direction ensuring secure scalable and high-performing solutions that support critical business operations. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural oversight mentoring development teams and collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders.

• Lead the architecture development and deployment of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce and Salesforce Platform capabilities.
• Define and drive Salesforce architecture standards development best practices governance and coding guidelines.
• Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce across Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Partner with business stakeholders product owners and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable secure and maintainable solutions.
• Design and oversee integrations with payment platforms core banking systems enterprise applications and microservices using REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ensure platform scalability reliability security and performance in a high-volume fintech environment.
• Provide technical leadership through solution design code reviews mentoring and technical guidance.
• Establish and enforce Salesforce security architecture data access models and compliance with industry best practices.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex technical issues performance bottlenecks and production incidents.
• Drive Git-based version control CI/CD pipelines automated testing and release management.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with the organizations technology strategy.
• Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and emerging technologies to continuously improve the platform.
• Maintain technical documentation architecture diagrams and integration documentation.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
• 810 years of Salesforce development experience including solution architecture and technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in Apex SOQL SOSL Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce Salesforce APIs and platform customization.
• Extensive experience with Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture data modeling security governor limits and performance optimization.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs asynchronous processing middleware and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications (e.g. payment platforms banking systems or ERP solutions) is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Git CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Demonstrated experience leading development teams mentoring engineers and driving architectural decisions.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II Application Architect System Architect or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English required; Arabic is a plus.
