Retail Banking Reports Lead Associate

• Analyze business customer sales and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards reports and KPIs using BI tools (SQL Power BI Excel etc.).
• Monitor departmental performance and provide regular analytical reports.
• Prepare management presentations and performance summaries.
• Control and monitor the retail portfolio per branch and per product.
• Support business units with ad-hoc data requests and analytical studies.
• Ensure data accuracy quality and consistency across reporting platforms.
• Conduct customer segmentation profitability and behavioral analyses.
• Validate campaign performance measurement and post-campaign evaluations.
• Collaborate with IT and business departments to enhance data availability and reporting capabilities.
• Document methodologies data sources and reporting processes.
• Support automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science software Engineering or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in data analysis business intelligence or reporting.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.

Additional Information :

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• SQL and database querying.
• Power BI Tableau or similar BI tools.
