Outlet Supervisor

Were looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Outlet Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team in Baghdad this pivotal role you will oversee the daily operations of our outlet ensuring exceptional service excellence team efficiency and outstanding guest satisfaction. As an Outlet Supervisor you will work collaboratively with the Outlet Manager and your team to maintain our brand standards while creating a welcoming environment for every guest. • Oversee and manage daily outlet operations ensuring seamless service delivery adherence to brand standards and consistent guest satisfaction across all service periods
• Lead train and mentor team members in professional service standards menu knowledge and upselling techniques; provide constructive feedback and support for continuous improvement
• Address guest concerns and resolve service issues promptly and professionally maintaining transparency and empathy in all guest interactions
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of equipment supplies and consumables; ensure proper usage timely requisitions and efficient resource allocation
• Ensure full compliance with health safety hygiene and food safety regulations; conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness organization and operational standards
• Assist with cash handling daily closing procedures billing accuracy and POS system entries; analyze financial data to support outlet performance goals
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen bar and other departments to ensure timely service and operational efficiency; communicate guest feedback to drive service improvements
• Maintain presentation standards throughout the outlet including table setups service equipment and staff appearance ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
• Schedule team members efficiently manage shift coverage and conduct performance evaluations to support team development and accountability
• Support sustainability initiatives by promoting resource efficiency minimizing waste and implementing eco-friendly practices aligned with organizational objectives

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel fine dining outlet or similar hospitality environment
• Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service procedures standards and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and guest relations skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining service quality
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform necessary operational tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
