HK Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad this role you will oversee all housekeeping operations manage a dedicated team of staff members and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across all facilities. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities operational efficiency and a commitment to maintaining exceptional service quality.

• Supervise schedule and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity
• Establish and enforce housekeeping standards procedures and quality control measures
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; prepare and monitor departmental budgets
• Train mentor and evaluate housekeeping staff; conduct performance reviews and address performance issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and coordinate with other departments to resolve facility issues
• Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations
• Prepare detailed reports on departmental operations staffing and budget utilization
• Foster a positive work environment and support staff development and career growth
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments to address operational needs

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping operations or facility management
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards cleaning protocols and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of health safety and environmental compliance standards
• Preferred: Experience with staff training and development programs
• Preferred: Familiarity with facility management systems and reporting tools
