Front Office Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations in Baghdad Iraq. As the Front Office Manager you will be the cornerstone of our guest experience managing day-to-day operations while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for your team. - Lead recruit train and develop a high-performing front office team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
- Generate and manage team rosters in alignment with hotel budgets forecasts and occupancy projections
- Manage rooms inventory strategically to maximize hotel occupancy and identify upselling opportunities for accommodations and ancillary services
- Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly through direct interactions and online channels demonstrating empathy and commitment to resolution
- Oversee front office operations including check-ins check-outs reservations and guest inquiries with efficiency and accuracy
- Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify trends optimize processes and drive revenue growth
- Manage front office budgets control costs and ensure financial accountability while maintaining service quality
- Implement and maintain front office systems and procedures that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences
- Address guest concerns and complaints with transparency and decisiveness turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty
- Schedule staff flexibly to ensure adequate coverage while respecting team members needs and maintaining work-life balance

- Demonstrated ability to manage rooms inventory effectively and maximize hotel profitability
- Strong people management and team development skills with a commitment to supporting staff growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members
- Proficiency in front office management systems and hotel software platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in handling complex situations
- Budget management and financial acumen with experience in cost control
