Job Summary

Technical & Operational Tasks:

  • Perform credit inquiries: Conduct accurate customer inquiries through the Central Bank Credit Information Exchange (ICI) system in accordance with approved procedures and controls.
  • Data reconciliation: Verify that the data uploaded to the Credit Information Exchange system matches the internal banking system to ensure accuracy.
  • Data discrepancy correction: Identify any inconsistencies between the two systems and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure prompt correction.
  • Compliance with Central Bank instructions: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and Central Bank guidelines related to credit inquiry procedures.
  • Coordination with concerned departments: Work closely with the Data Management and Operations departments to ensure data consistency and updates in line with Central Bank requirements.
  • Adherence to policies and procedures: Strictly follow approved policies and procedures to ensure reliable and efficient execution of credit inquiries.
  • Training and self-development: Stay updated on any changes related to credit inquiry systems or Central Bank regulations to enhance performance quality.
    • Perform any other tasks assigned by the department manager to achieve the objectives of the Credit Monitoring Department.

Qualifications :

Job Specifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Banking or equivalent
  • Experience: 13 years of experience in a similar role
