Job Summary
- Receive official documents and records from the Head Office departments within the second working day.
- Receive official documents and records from the Branch Operations Control Department after reviewing the daily document files on the same working day.
- Enter and record all official documents and records into the banking systems.
- Organize and maintain files and forms related to official documents and records and send copies to the relevant branches.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on work progress to the direct supervisor.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics or a related field.
