The IRC is a leading HR consulting group who offers various types of HR services: employee outsourcing/staff leasing, payroll management, contingent recruitment, retained executive search. Established in 2001 we have been providing our clients who range from local, regional to multinational companies with several HR solutions based on their needs. With offices in Lebanon and Jordan, we are leaders in employee outsourcing for different types of positions (Permanent staff, contractual, consultant). We then manage hiring, payroll, social security, staff supervision and monitoring, insurance on behalf of our client. Also, we are experts in contingent recruitment and retained executive search industries. We have secured more than 150 happy clients, recruited professionals from more than 16 nationalities in 15 industries across the Middle East countries. We follow high-end standards of recruitment while applying recent tools and techniques.
