Client Overview:
Our client is an international consumer electronics company specializing in water filtration systems purification technology and home appliances. Operating across domestic and global markets the company offers a wide range of products including water purifiers dispensers alkaline systems and filtration solutions designed for households and businesses supported by strong R&D and international quality standards.

As part of its expansion in Indonesia the company is strengthening its retail operations across Jabodetabek to improve store performance operational consistency and customer experience. The business is looking for a hands-on retail operations leader to oversee multiple store locations and support future retail expansion initiatives.

Job Role:
The Multi Store Manager (MSM) is responsible for managing day-to-day retail operations across multiple stores within the Jabodetabek area. The role focuses on driving sales growth maintaining operational excellence improving team performance and ensuring consistent execution of company standards across all store locations.

The ideal candidate is an experienced retail operations professional with strong exposure to consumer electronics or home appliances retail businesses capable of managing multi-store performance coaching teams monitoring KPIs and supporting new store expansion projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple retail stores in Jabodetabek.
  • Ensure stores maintain company standards in sales customer service and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor sales performance operational KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Lead coach and evaluate Store Supervisors and frontline retail teams.
  • Prepare sales reports dashboards and operational performance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs attendance policies and operational procedures.
  • Manage inventory control stock availability and coordination with warehouse teams.
  • Support store expansion relocation and operational improvement projects.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management Retail or related fields.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in multi-store or area retail management preferably within consumer electronics or home appliances industries.
  • Strong experience managing retail operations store teams and sales performance.
  • Proven ability to achieve operational and sales KPIs.
  • Familiar with CRM systems retail management tools and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on organized and willing to travel frequently across store locations.
  • Good English communication skills for reporting and cross-functional coordination.
