About the Role

The intern will provide support services to the operations department by conducting various administration and finance tasks that will enhance quality of works of Country Team in delivering programmes in Indonesia.

This will be your team:

The Country Team that you will be joining has 12 will report to the Senior Finance and Administration Officerand you will join a team of 4people. You will have onedirect report.

Key Responsibilities

During your internship you will:

Provide supports in procurement administration and payment administration.
  • Provide supports in purchasing and maintaining office supplies and household goods.
  • Provide supports in ensuring office and appliances maintenance is done in timely manner.
  • Provide supports in purchasing logistics for the self-implemented project workshop and office event.
  • Provide supports in recording non-fixed assets updating register in quarterly basis and ensuring the assets movement can be traced in accountable manner.
  • Provide supports in verification of cash advance settlement and/or reimbursement of the employees.
  • Provide support in administering travel and transportation of employees and official visitor in accordance with CBM Globals Safety and Security Policy.
  • Provide supports in purchasing safety kits updating country information sheet and requesting feedback to official visitor regarding safety and security implementation.
  • Provide any other supports that might be assigned by the line manager.

    Who Were Looking For

    • Interested in disability inclusion human rights or international development.
    • Eager to learn and contribute to meaningful projects.
    • Open to working in a diverse inclusive and collaborative environment.

    Duration & Commitment

    • Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension for 6 months).
    • Office-based to maximise learning opportunities with remote or hybrid options available when necessary to ensure accessibility and/or flexibility.
