Join Beiersdorf Indonesia as an Assistant Procurement Category Manager where you will be entrusted with a broad spectrum of strategic and operational responsibilities focused on indirect procurement categories such as CAPEX Facility Management Consumables and Spare Parts.

Your key activities will include performing in-depth market research and analysis to support global and regional category strategies fostering the implementation of these strategies at local and regional levels. You will act as a core business partner in procurement processes holding full authority in supplier sourcing negotiating favorable terms including pricing quality and logistics and overseeing contract formulation and management in collaboration with the legal team.

You will be responsible for managing procurement performance metrics ensuring timely and accurate documentation of KPIs like savings and spend analysis to enable strategic decision-making. Driving procurement process compliance with legal and corporate standards and leading initiatives for process standardization automation and technological integration are essential components of your role.

In supplier management you will ensure robust supplier evaluation to minimize supply disruptions maintain strong supplier relationships and promote collaborative innovation. Addressing supplier complaints and contributing to organizational development within the procurement function will also be under your remit.

• Advanced strategic and analytical capabilities able to synthesize market intelligence into meaningful procurement strategies that support global and regional objectives.
• Strong negotiation prowess with an emphasis on contract management supplier collaboration and driving supplier innovation to enhance value delivery.
• Deep understanding of procurement governance compliance frameworks and leveraging procurement technologies to achieve process excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for working within a complex matrix organization influencing both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated success in managing procurement KPIs continuously improving procurement performance through data-driven insights and initiatives.
• Experience in leading projects and fostering organizational growth evidenced by capability to lead and develop teams and processes.
• Educational qualifications in supply chain business or related disciplines supplemented with professional certification in procurement or supply management are highly regarded.
