EisnerAmper a premier accounting and business advisory services firm seeks a Website Coordinator to join our team. This position will be based out of Mumbai role is responsible for maintaining uploading and formatting website content; building and designing web pages; managing website-generated leads; monitoring overall site health; and optimizing the firms websites to support accuracy functionality and a strong user experience. The Website Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team firm leadership and external vendors to keep all content current accurate and aligned with brand standards.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

• Content Management - Build design and publish website landing pages and upload and format content for all EisnerAmper branded websites using our CMS (Optimizely and HubSpot)

• Assist with adding updating and maintaining professional bios across the firms website and Templafy

• Website Quality & Performance

• Review website audits produced by our SEO Manager and update the firms websites based on the findings resolving issues and implementing recommended improvements

• Analytics & Reporting

• Manage website-generated leads in the firms CRM and reporting tools including data entry tracking and record maintenance with accuracy and timely updates.

• SEO Analysis

• Work with our SEO Manager to implement on-page SEO best practices including metadata optimization header structure internal linking image optimization and page performance improvements

• Assist with keyword alignment content updates and optimization initiatives based on SEO recommendations

• Support foundational keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content gaps optimization opportunities and areas of growth

Basic Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HTML CSS and Content Management systems. Experience with Optimizely and/or HubSpot CMS is preferred.

• Knowledge/understanding of Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush and HubSpot

• General understanding of SEO and emerging AI search practices such as AEO and GEO.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task

• Ability to manage multiple updates and deadlines

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Knowledge of Adobe creative suite (Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign) preferred.

• Although not a requirement a degree in design marketing or a relevant field is preferred.

• 2 years of experience in web operations digital marketing or related field.
