The Role

As a Visual Designer on the Product Marketing team you will produce every high-visibility visual asset Innovapptive puts in front of buyers from executive sales decks and event keynotes to booth graphics ad creative and customer proof visuals. You will own design end-to-end and bring an executive-grade B2B-enterprise sensibility to everything you create.

This is a hands-on role for a fast versatile designer who can take rough notes messy slides or verbal direction and turn them into polished final-quality output independently. With a busy event calendar and ongoing campaign production turnaround speed matters. A strong portfolio of B2B presentation design sales collateral or event work is mandatory to apply.

How You Will Make an Impact

Sales & Executive Presentations: Design and produce all sales decks pitch presentations and executive decks end-to-end to executive-grade standard and build executive keynotes for events webinars partner sessions and C-suite presentations.

Event & Booth Design: Design booth graphics and event signage concept through print-ready production files.

Advertising Creative: Create ad creatives for LinkedIn display advertising and partner co-marketing campaigns.

Video Production: Own end-to-end video production including Canva-based video creation and general video assets. Responsibilities include editing OWT / product videos trimming adding lower thirds title cards captions and basic motion.

Landing Page & Web Visuals: Design landing page visual elements hero graphics section graphics proof visuals icons and CTA graphics.

Data & Proof Visualisation: Create ROI infographics and value visualisations for case studies proof decks and customer-facing materials plus competitive comparison visuals battlecard layouts and positioning framework graphics.

Templates & Brand Consistency: Build reusable design templates sales deck master case study layout event deck template proof-point cards and maintain brand consistency across all product marketing event outbound and campaign materials.

Independent Execution: Take rough PMM notes messy slides or verbal direction and produce polished final-quality output independently.

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelors degree in Design Visual Communication Fine Arts or a related field; equivalent portfolio experience also considered.
• 2 years in B2B design in-house marketing team SaaS company or B2B-focused design agency.
• Proficient in Canva (advanced) can build at speed without losing quality or brand consistency.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator and Photoshop at minimum; Premiere or After Effects a strong plus.
• Strong Google Slides and PowerPoint skills can build executive-grade presentations from scratch not just edit templates.
• Understands B2B design language clean data-rich and professional; knows the difference between B2B enterprise and consumer/lifestyle aesthetics.
• Video editing capability can cut add graphics and caption OWT or product demo recordings.
• Fast turnaround under real deadline pressure can deliver same-day when event and sales deadlines demand it.
• Strong portfolio showing B2B presentation design sales collateral or event design work mandatory to apply.

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects Canva video or similar).
• Figma experience for landing page mockups or design-system work.
• Experience designing for trade show physical event or booth environments.
• Background in enterprise software industrial technology or a manufacturing/operations design context.
• Ability to achieve quick turnaround on visual design using AI-powered tools.

Experience: 2 years young talent welcome; portfolio is non-negotiable.

• Reusable sales deck master template and case study slide template completed.
• 23 executive sales decks redesigned to executive-grade quality.
• Event graphic assets delivered without the Product Marketing Lead doing first-pass design.
• Standard visual library built proof-point cards value framework templates competitive comparison layouts.
• Turnaround time for PMM visual assets reduced; the Lead no longer producing first-pass design work.
