Graphic Designers (Branding Agency Experience)Experience: 4 8 years Responsibilities Develop visual identities mockups social creativity infographics and campaign assets Support product launches with branding collaterals (PPTs case studies UI imagery) Work on design systems color palettes iconography and illustration Collaborate with copywriters motion designers and UI teams Skills & Experience Strong portfolio with product branding marketing assets and B2B design work Adobe Suite mastery (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Experience with fast-paced branding agency or in-house studio Ability to adapt to global brand guidelines while pushing creative boundariesSummary: As a Graphic and Visual Designer you will utilize design principles technologies and techniques to create engaging visual concepts that effectively illustrate key sales messages for both print and digital deliverables. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to develop creative client-centric solutions that convey a compelling visual story ensuring that the final output aligns with the overall brand strategy and meets client expectations. You will engage in brainstorming sessions gather feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the best possible results all while managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development of design concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visual storytelling across all platforms. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.- Strong understanding of typography color theory and layout design.- Experience in creating wireframes and prototypes for digital applications.- Familiarity with user experience principles and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Visual Design.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
