Transfers Analyst

As a Transfers Analyst within JPMorganChase International Consumer Bank Operations you will execute day-to-day investment account transfer and withdrawal workflows with a sharp focus on accuracy timeliness and control discipline. You will perform critical verification quality checks and reconciliations while partnering with internal teams and vendors to resolve breaks quickly and keep customers informed through clear audit-ready updates. You will also help simplify processes and reduce manual effort by identifying automation opportunities and supporting testing and implementation.

Job responsibilities :

• Process cash and asset transfers (inbound/outbound) and withdrawals within agreed service timelines.
• Complete verification steps quality checks and reconciliations to meet control and audit standards.
• Monitor work queues prioritize high-risk/high-impact items and maintain clear timely status updates and escalations.
• Partner with internal teams and relevant vendors to investigate breaks resolve issues and deliver outcomes under time pressure.
• Improve workflows by simplifying steps reducing handoffs and enhancing turnaround time and straight-through processing.
• Document automation opportunities and support UAT/testing and controlled rollout of process changes.
• Follow applicable policies and data-handling standards while contributing to a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Required qualifications skills and capabilities :

• 5 years of experience in operations processing service delivery or workflow-based support in a controlled environment.
• Hands-on experience processing cash and asset transfers within financial services or investment operations using a transfer processing platform (e.g. Equisoft or similar).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency across Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organization attention to detail and communication skills with the ability to manage high volumes and tight deadlines in an evolving regulatory framework; able to work full-time in Bengaluru and cover UK shift hours.

Preferred qualifications skills and capabilities :

• Knowledge of investment products and account types relevant to transfers including UK wrappers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tooling.
• Client-facing or customer service experience in a regulated operations context.
• Exposure to Alteryx/Tableau or similar low-code tools and examples of automation delivered (macros workflow tools scripting/low code).
