Job Summary

As our Trainer you will engage with college students delivering impactful sessions that build their knowledge skills and confidence. You will deliver training programs prepared by our Curriculum and Program Design teams bring concepts to life through interactive teaching and inspire young minds.
Your role will also involve introducing college students to useful concepts and tools that make learning more engaging. You will also be required to travel across Chennai (and in the future to other cities) to reach more students.

What You Will Do
Training Delivery
- Classroom Sessions: Conduct engaging interactive classes for college students across multiple subjects and skill areas.
- Technology in Training: Use presentations videos Canva and AI-enabled tools to make sessions impactful.
- Student Engagement: Motivate students to participate actively clarify doubts and ensure sessions are fun and meaningful.
Program Development
- Curriculum Support: Contribute to the design and refinement of training materials PPTs and handouts.
- Feedback Integration: Collect student feedback and update training methods to ensure continuous improvement.
Outreach & Travel
- On-site Training: Travel within Chennai and to other cities as and when needed to deliver programs across colleges.
- Future Expansion: Be open to traveling to other cities as our programs grow.
Collaboration
- Teamwork: Work closely with the Program Design and Curriculum teams to align training with learning goals.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share new teaching techniques AI tools and best practices with teammates.
Requirements
What We are Looking For
Education: Preferably a Computer Science or related graduate.
Experience: 15 years of experience in teaching training or related roles. Tech training experience is an added advantage.
Skills Required for Job:
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tamil.
- Classroom Presence: Ability to hold student attention and deliver concepts with clarity and energy.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Google tools Canva (or similar PPT/design tools) and AI-based learning tools will be an advantage.
- Adaptability: Able to adjust teaching style based on diverse student needs.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly approachable and able to connect well with young people.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to track student progress and adapt sessions to ensure learning outcomes.
